Project Description
EU-GAIA, the EU Green Initiative in Armenia, stands as the largest agricultural support project in the country, funded primarily by the European Union (EU) and co-implemented by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), with partial implementation by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Project Objectives
The project aims to foster the growth of sustainable and innovative agribusinesses in an inclusive manner. This involves creating a conducive policy environment, improving access to infrastructure, technologies, and markets for selected agribusinesses, enhancing competitiveness through access to necessary resources, and specifically supporting organic agribusinesses.
