The European Union and UNDP helped Elmira Jinjolia enrol in the entrepreneurship training programme, participate in a grant competition and made the business idea of opening a coffee shop come true.
Elmira is one of 80 conflict-affected people who benefit from EU and UNDP support. The assistance draws on the resources provided by the EU4Dialogue programme.
